Custom Bot Accounts

The custom bot account feature allows you to use your own account instead of the RoManager accounts.

Getting your bot account cookie#

tip

We recommend you make a dedicated Roblox account to use as your bot account.

The bot-account add command only accepts a cookie, not username and password. Follow these steps to get your cookie (browser-specific):

  2. Open https://roblox.com and log in with the bot account you want to use.

  3. Once logged in, click the padlock icon next to the URL, and click Cookies.

  1. Once this menu opens up, expand roblox.com => Cookies => .ROBLOSECURITY.

  1. Copy the entirety of Content.

Firefox

  1. Open an incognito window.

  2. Open https://roblox.com and log in with the bot account you want to use.

  3. Once logged in, right click anywhere on the page, then click Inspect (Q). Then click the Storage tab.

  1. On the sidebar, expand Cookies then https://www.roblox.com.

  1. Double click on the Value column next to .ROBLOSECURITY, then copy it.

Adding your bot account to RoManager#

Open DMs with RoManager as you cannot run these commands in a server.

Next, run this command:

.bot-account add (your cookie here, including the warning part).bot-account add (your cookie here, including the warning part)Successfully added bot account.

Using your bot account in a server#

To link your bot account to a server, join the group you're going to set up if you haven't already, then run the setup command with the --bot-account flag, with the bot account username:

.setup (group name or id) --bot-account (bot account username or id)
